The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The swimming pool was large and the grounds were spacious. The location was quiet with no road noise. The hotel was a short walk from the seafront.

There was very little local transport available, so having a car was necessary. Some of the staff had difficulty communicating in English.

This hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a big terrace offering a pleasant view. the staff are attentive and the breakfast is good. Plus, there is a fantastic pool where you can swim laps. the hotel also provides hangers for drying your wet clothes.

The staff could improve their language skills and provide information in English as well.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Marina di Massa. The location was excellent - just a short walk from the beach but away from the noise of beachfront traffic. The residential area was beautiful, and there were plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from within walking distance. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and my room had a very large terrace. The modern public areas were pleasant, and the breakfast was good. The staff were attentive and made me feel welcome. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the fantastic pool, which was long enough for swimming laps and I had it all to myself.
